1st. Snow day

As we went to bed last night schools were already starting to be called off. Unfortunately ours were not in the mix. They were still not called off at five this morning when I got up to get Mike ready for work. But at six o'clock Robby's called off then shortly after we got an automated call from Cindy's school that they were canceling. Since Michael's school goes by Cindy's school's schedule they were all off. I waited for Mike's call that he was at work safely and then returned to bed. I should have started baking or cleaning or something but I didn't ( no wonder I am so far behind !)Now I am up and planning to run an errand or two before taking Cindy to work, then I think I may mix up a batch of chocolate chip cookies and see how that goes. You just never know maybe chocolate chip will lead to PB kisses and sugar cookies. Maybe I should pick up some M&Ms too.Oh if only it were this easy.
