Vet update

Our puppies are now dew claw less and their tails have been cropped. The vet has checked them all and labels them " fat healthy cocker pups". They did well with these procedures and didn't even whimper as much as I expected. Clarissa also did well with the hour separation, though to minimize her anxiety we took her out to the waiting room where it was harder for her to hear them and sat there till they were done so she wouldn't have to stress about coming home without them. In the end all was well and they didn't seem to have any pain at all once home. The puppies will go back to the vet again in four weeks for fecal checks then will start shots at six weeks. I have also finished their paperwork for registration and will send it in this afternoon or tomorrow morning. For now it is time to take Mom and Dad out then come back and pet the little beauties.
