Michael worked for two days on the flower bed. He finished everything but the mulch,which I forgot to buy. He has since mulched and I will post a finished picture soon.
We also spruced up the house with a hanging bag plant. Kind of a corsage for the home.

The kids got me this year's two Precious Moments figurines
Mike cooked chicken Marsala, stuffed shells Alfredo, and cheesy bread for dinner
almost forgot the cherry cheesecake for desert.
